Press Windows + S to launch the Search menu, enter Device Manager in the text field at the top, and click on the relevant search result. Not showing up anywhere, other than inside the BIOS that is. I installed a crucial M.2 SSD nvme for boot and the hard drive as storage but unfortunately, bios or windows are not recognizing that the SSD is installed in the PCI slot. It shows up in BIOS, Device manager and Windows Storage Spaces, However it isn't recognized. Disk management shows no unallocated drives. So I go to put my RX 6800 to work (lol jk I was only going to play Portal 2). Just bought a 970 EVO Plus 1TB m.2 drive. Then I found out, even though I went from an RX 6600 to an RX 6800, it was still a damn good idea to run DDU and reinstall my display drivers. I updated my bios, updated my chipset, audio, networking, and storage drivers. I had to flip the power switch on my PSU, which is NOT something I like to do. Nothing would fix it, not even holding the power button for 10+ seconds fixed it.
